This project is located on a lively, open site by the canal, with a grassy field on the opposite side. The client prioritized spatial layout and nature integration, giving me freedom in materials and form. The building includes multiple changing rooms, a café, a large multifunctional hall, and a spacious grandstand. The roof structure is made of glulam and CLT, with concrete walls and some floors. The façade features unique square bricks with openings, arranged in a wave pattern reinforced for stability. Nature integration is emphasized with a medium-sized park, a green roof covering the entire building, and a natural waterfront edge along the canal.
