Conceptually, the design is fully adaptive, allowing both vertical and horizontal expansion. To achieve this efficiently, we implemented a grid structure with crossed GLT columns, double beams, and CLT floors, ensuring stability in two directions. The building features a rooftop courtyard accessible to residents, including a café for social interaction. Commercial spaces, such as shops and cafés, are located on the ground floor.
